About Harmony Designs Photography – Started in 2003 in April’s home, over the years the business has grown into a wonderful studio on trendy Music Row in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.  Including window-lit sets, custom creations, and on-location sessions, April distinguishes her work from others with her photojournalistic style mixed with classic portraiture.
